The Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth presented the 3rd Essex District state senator with its inaugural award. SWAMPSCOTT, MA — State Sen. Brendan Crighton was recently presented with the Massachusetts Partnerships for Youth's inaugural Champion of Children and Families Award for his legislation and work supporting students on the North Shore and across the state. "Senator Crighton is a leader in the Massachusetts Senate regarding providing funding for social and emotional programs that support children, youth, and families," said Tony Pierantozzi, President of the MPY Board of Directors and Superintendent of Nahant Public Schools.
